Shipping Policy

This website is operated by TEEZOCA LLC (“TEEZOCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on our store, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Made-to-Order Production
At TEEZOCA, every product is made to order especially for you. We do not hold inventory. Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partners for printing and fulfillment.
Typical production time: 2–5 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States (primary market)
- Canada
- Europe (selected countries)
- United Arab Emirates
- Australia
Shipping rates are fixed by destination and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders (see Section 5).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After production is completed and your order is handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canadaail: approximately 1–2 business days after fulfillment.
- International orders: approximately 2–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
These delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping by destination. Current standard shipping rates are:
- United States: $10.00 USD
- Canada: $10.00 USD
- Europe: $15.00 USD
- United Arab Emirates: $10.00 USD
- Australia: $15.00 USD
In some cases, items in the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.
5. Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 USD
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD.
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the order qualifies.
- Eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes (and before any optional add-ons, where applicable).
- If your order total falls below $75 USD after discounts are applied, the standard flat-rate shipping fee will apply.
- This promotion may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or other fees.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
- Please use the tracking link provided to monitor your delivery status.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.
- If the address error originated from the customer, shipping fees for resending the order are not covered by TEEZOCA.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasionally shipments may be delayed or lost by the carrier. If your tracking shows an unusual delay or no movement for several days:
- Confirm the shipping address and check with neighbors or your local post office in case of mis-delivery.
- If the package still cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the situation with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine whether a replacement or other solution is appropriate.
10. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with a clear production issue (such as a misprint or incorrect item), please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions.
In general, we will ask you to:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and
- Provide clear photos of the item and the issue so we can investigate and resolve it.
11. Changes or Cancellations
- Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are time-sensitive.
- If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.
