TEEZOCA Fit & Sizing

Size Guide

Everything you need to land the perfect fit — how to measure, general body-size charts, and the exact garment-by-garment measurements for every TEEZOCA product. Flip the whole page between inches and centimeters with one tap. Every product page also shows that item’s own chart, since we print on premium blanks from different suppliers.

How to Measure

Grab a soft tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler). Measure over light clothing, keep the tape snug but not tight, and keep it parallel to the floor. The most reliable trick: lay a favorite tee or hoodie flat and measure it directly, then compare to the charts below.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, right under the arms, with arms relaxed at your sides.

Body length

From the highest point of the shoulder near the neck, straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

Sleeve (hoodies & long sleeves)

From the center back of the neck, over the top of the shoulder, down the arm to the wrist.

Between two sizes? Prefer a fitted, clean look — size down. Want a relaxed, oversized streetwear vibe — size up. Minor variations of 0.4–0.8 in are normal for made-to-order apparel.

Choose Your Size

These general charts map your body measurements to a size, so you can pick with confidence before checking a product’s exact garment chart further down. Unisex fits are built to work across body types — use your own measurements as the guide.

For a more fitted look you can size down; for a cozy, baggy fit, sizing up is usually the sweet spot. The detailed garment charts below show the actual flat dimensions of each blank.

Apparel — Garment Charts

Flat garment measurements (the product laid flat). Width is across the chest, length runs shoulder to hem, and sleeve length is measured from the collar or center back to the sleeve end. Adult tees and fleece allow roughly ±1–1.5 in for manufacturing.

Kids Apparel

Flat garment measurements for our kids’ range. Same method as adults — width across the chest, length shoulder to hem, sleeve from the collar or center back to the cuff.

Headwear

All measurements are product dimensions. Most styles are one size fits most with an adjustable closure; the bucket hat comes in three sizes by head circumference.

Drinkware

Mug dimensions by volume. Choose 11 oz for an everyday desk mug or 15 oz for a bigger pour.

Accessories

Stickers are square (width equals length). The tote is one size with a long shoulder strap. Canvas prints come in 60 sizes across horizontal, vertical, and square orientations — scroll the chart sideways to compare.

Fit & Comfort Tips

Like it snug?

Go with your usual size or one down — check the chest width carefully against a tee you already love.

Like it relaxed?

Size up for that oversized streetwear drape. Hoodies already run a touch roomier than tees.

Compare what you own

Lay a favorite shirt flat, measure it, and match it to the garment charts above — the most accurate method.

Made to order

Each product uses premium blanks from different suppliers, so always check that item’s own chart on its product page.
