Size Guide

At TEEZOCA, we want your new favorite product to feel just right from day one. Every product page includes a detailed size chart for that specific item, but this Size Guide gives you a clear overview, measuring tips, and fit advice to help you choose with confidence.

How to Choose Your Size

All of our garments are made to order and printed on premium blanks from different suppliers. Because of that, measurements can vary slightly from product to product. For the most accurate fit:

  • Check the Size Chart tab or section on the product page before ordering.
  • Compare the measurements to a favorite t-shirt or hoodie you already own.
  • If you’re between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend going one size up.

How to Measure Yourself

Use a tape measure (or a string and a ruler) and measure directly over underwear or light clothing.

Chest

  • Stand up straight and relax your arms at your sides.
  • Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
  • Keep the tape snug but not tight and parallel to the floor.

Body Length

  • Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (near the neck) down to where you want the hem to end.
  • This helps you know if the tee will sit at the hip, slightly below, or higher.

Sleeve (for hoodies)

  • Place the tape at the center back of your neck.
  • Run it over the top of your shoulder and down along your arm to the wrist.

Pro tip: Lay a t-shirt or hoodie flat on a table and measure it directly. Then compare with the charts below.

Unisex T-Shirts – General Size Guide

This chart gives you a typical range for our unisex tees. Exact measurements for each specific product will always be shown on the product page.

Size Chest (inches) Chest (cm) Body Length (inches) Body Length (cm)
XS 31–34 79–86 27 69
S 34–37 86–94 28 71
M 38–41 96–104 29 74
L 42–45 107–114 30 76
XL 46–49 117–124 31 79
2XL 50–53 127–135 32 81
3XL 54–57 137–145 33 84

Fit notes: Our unisex tees are designed to work for many body types. For a more fitted look, you can size down. For an oversized or relaxed streetwear look, consider sizing up.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts – General Size Guide

As you add hoodies and sweatshirts to your wardrobe, use this as a general guide. Always check the specific size chart on the product page before ordering.

Size Chest (inches) Chest (cm) Body Length (inches) Body Length (cm)
XS 32–35 81–89 26 66
S 35–38 89–97 27 69
M 38–41 97–104 28 71
L 41–44 104–112 29 74
XL 44–48 112–122 30 76
2XL 48–52 122–132 31 79
3XL 52–56 132–142 32 81

Fit notes: Hoodies are typically a bit roomier than tees. If you like a very baggy, cozy fit, going one size up is usually the sweet spot.

Different Products, Different Charts

Because we work with premium blanks from different manufacturers, each product may have its own unique size chart. You’ll always find the exact measurements on the product page under “Size guide” or in the description.

  • Check the product’s own chart first before placing your order.
  • Some items may be labeled as “slim fit” or “relaxed fit” – this will be mentioned in the product details.
  • Unisex fits are designed to work across genders, but body shapes differ – use your measurements as your guide.

Fit & Comfort Tips

  • If you like your tees snug: consider your usual size or one size down (check the chest measurement carefully).
  • If you like a relaxed, streetwear vibe: consider going one size up.
  • Between two sizes?
    • Prefer fitted & clean? Choose the smaller one.
    • Prefer comfort & movement? Choose the larger one.
  • Minor variations (1–2 cm) in measurements are normal due to manufacturing and fabric.
