Yes. Every TEEZOCA item is printed on demand, just for you, after you order. This means less waste, fresher products, and a huge range of designs — but it also means we add a short production time before your order ships (see Shipping & Delivery).

No — our prints are made to last. We use quality direct-to-garment and print methods that bond the design into the fabric. To keep colors vivid, wash cold and inside out, and avoid bleach (full care tips under Sizing & Care).

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum, no surprises at checkout. International orders ship at a low $4.99 flat rate, and free over $75.

We ship to the United States and worldwide. US shipping is always free; international shipping is a low flat rate. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Because every item is made to order, total time = production + delivery:

• Production: about 1–2 business days
• US delivery: about 2–5 business days after fulfillment

Most US orders arrive within roughly 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Just click it to follow your package. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If you haven't received tracking after the production window, email support@teezoca.com with your order number and we'll help.

If you ordered several items, they may be produced and shipped separately so nothing waits on a slower item. You won't pay extra — and each shipment has its own tracking.

Since each item is custom-printed for you, we replace or refund any product with a verified production issue — printing errors, damage on arrival, or the wrong item received. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size chosen at checkout — so please check the size guide first. We're sorry, and we'll make it right. Email support@teezoca.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We'll review and arrange a free replacement or refund. Please don't ship anything back unless we ask you to in writing.

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, email support@teezoca.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and love, then matching it to the chart for the best fit.

Most of our tees offer a classic, true-to-size unisex fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed look, size up. Check the size guide on each product for exact measurements, since fit can vary slightly by style.

To keep your print looking fresh:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent — no bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Don't iron directly on the design
