Where are your products made?
All items are printed on demand through trusted production partners in the USA and worldwide. This ensures fresh prints, premium quality, and zero waste.
2. Orders & Production
How does made-to-order work?
Every item is produced only after you order it. This gives you a freshly printed product instead of mass-produced stock.
How long does production take?
Most items are produced within 2–5 business days. Production may take a little longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipping
How long does shipping take?
USA: Usually 3–7 business days after production.
International: 5–20 business days depending on location and customs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries, with delivery times varying by region.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

4. Sizing
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Always check measurements before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
Do you offer exchanges for wrong sizes?
No — because everything is made to order. Please double-check your size using the chart provided.

Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns or replacements for verified production issues such as misprints, damage, or receiving the wrong item.
What if I change my mind?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to preference, buyer’s remorse, or choosing the wrong size.
What issues qualify for a replacement?

Do I need to send the item back?
In most cases, no. Our production partners usually handle investigations through photos.
How do I request a replacement?

Yes, payment is processed at checkout since production begins right away.
7. Order Issues
I haven’t received my order — what do I do?
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us or send your question to support@teezoca.com and we’ll help investigate.
My package says “delivered” but it’s not here.
Please check:
• Your mailbox and doorstep
• Your neighbors
• Your local post office
If it still cannot be found, contact us.
