These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TEEZOCA LLC ("TEEZOCA", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, our online store, and any related services (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor, user, and customer of the Services. We may also post additional guidelines or rules for specific features or promotions; where they apply, those are incorporated into these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy (such as our Refund & Return Policy), the specific policy controls for the subject it covers.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Changes to These Terms below. The version in effect is always the one published on this page.

2. Who We Are

The Services are operated by TEEZOCA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. TEEZOCA is an online brand of bold, humorous, and patriotic print-on-demand apparel and accessories. You can reach us any time at support@teezoca.com.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under that age, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register or check out.

4. Our Products (Made to Order)

Almost everything we sell is printed and made to order through our print partners once you place your order. Because each item is produced individually:

• Colors may look slightly different in real life than on your screen, depending on your device and the blank used.
• Minor variations in print placement and in garment measurements are normal and are not considered defects.
• Garments are sourced from premium blanks that can differ between suppliers, so always check the specific item's chart on our Size Guide before ordering.

We try to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update product information at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart under these Terms. Your order is accepted only when we send an order or shipping confirmation — not when you receive an automated acknowledgement or when your payment method is authorized.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that breach these Terms, that contain a pricing or product error, or that exceed quantities we deem reasonable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you place an order. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where required. You are responsible for any charges your bank or card issuer may apply.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (including Shopify Payments and other gateways shown at checkout). By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we are not obligated to honor that price and may cancel the affected order, even if it has been confirmed, with a full refund of any amount charged.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are produced and fulfilled within 1–2 business days, after which delivery within the United States typically takes about 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and they can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, and order volume.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or an ordering mistake (for example, the wrong size or color selected). This is why we ask you to check the Size Guide carefully before buying.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@teezoca.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, email support@teezoca.com as soon as possible with your order number.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including our name, logo, designs, artwork, graphics, text, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to TEEZOCA LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "TEEZOCA" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and to purchase products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our systems, or other users' accounts.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest data or place orders, except for standard search-engine indexing.
• Upload anything harmful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules, as described in Termination.

11. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to us or post it on our pages, you confirm that it is yours to share and does not violate anyone's rights. You grant TEEZOCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and operating the Services, with attribution where practical. You can ask us to remove your content by contacting support@teezoca.com.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services rely on trusted third parties — for example, Shopify for our store platform, our print and fulfillment partners, payment gateways, and shipping carriers — and may contain links to third-party websites such as our social media profiles. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimers

The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEEZOCA disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEEZOCA LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any product purchased. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be waived.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEEZOCA LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. 17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our products, operations, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect TEEZOCA, our customers, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
